Publishers should keep an eye out for December earnings payments starting Monday, Feb. 4. Consistent with previous month's payments, PayPal funds are being distributed first, followed by mailed checks.
One additional important update: A Dec. 31 data issue with one of our feed providers has now been resolved, and we updated both MyWidgets and MyBucks pages to reflect earnings for that day. Payments sent next week will include earnings for the entire month, including Dec. 31st.

I have one question, will you guys change this payment delay in the near future? The 45 days delay we must wait till payments?
If not, could we at least get some explanation of why the 45 delay is necessary... if it is?
@Shocker: Actually, PayPal payments have been going out the first few days of each month (for the previous month's earnings), about 12-14 days ahead of the published schedule and in-line with industry standards. Checks have been going out 1-2 days after PayPal due to manual processing. Hope this clears up it up for you.
Well, we're in february now and you pay for december, why can't you pay for the week that just passed (january)? At the end of each month pay for the month that past, not the month before the month that just passed.
@Shocker: our payment cycle matches that of our feed providers. Naturally, we can't pay publishers until we get paid. This is industry standard. Cheers.

Another question. Why the delay for january earnings... I mean, not only january, all the past months...
Shocker -- I want to be really clear here: Since launching in early October, WidgetBucks has always paid at about 32 days, or generally the first business day of a new month), well ahead of our published 45 schedule. It's simply a matter of looking at a calendar -- 30-32 days from the end of December is early February. January payments will be sent 30+ days from the end of January -- or the first few days of March -- and so on.
I was NOT talking about the PAYMENTS, I was talking about an update for the EARNINGS on MY BUCKS tab...
Sorry for the misunderstanding. As stated on our MyBucks page, we post finalized earnings upon completion of traffic auditing, typically during the first ten days of the subsequent month.

@bill fermano: Account submissions are seeing a 24-48 hour turnaround for approval or disapproval. We have seen a problem with activation emails going into spam folders. Also, Bill, your account has now been approved and activated. - Dean
