Single-Day Reporting Patch Deployed

On Sunday, we (along with a number of publishers) discovered a reporting bug. Within My Widgets, when selecting a single-day date range (i.e. Nov. 3 - Nov. 3) or the "Today" option, the page is displaying zero impressions and zero clicks. We have confirmed that this is a just a reporting bug and no data has been lost. We have been working on the issue and have since deployed a patch, which should have the reporting problem fixed by early Monday (in fact, some impression numbers and clicks have already started appearing this evening). In the meantime, if you want to see a particular day's earnings -- either audited or pending -- select a multiple-data range (i.e. Nov. 1 - Nov. 4) and those will appear. We apologize for the inconvenience.

@ankil: With regard to the 45 day payment terms, for our first payment distribution we are remaining at 45 days but will make best efforts to do it earlier (i.e. 30-35) We've definitely heard the feedback about shortening that term, and if can shorten it in the future, we will do our best to do so.

There's a problem with the MyBucks section. I have a listing showing:

"Earnings (10/01/2007 - 09/30/2007)"

Which total, not surprisingly, $0.00. And there's no listing of my earnings for October 1-31 2007, though the $25 signup bonus is listed.

Regarding October earnings and referral fees within MyBucks, those figures have not posted yet. They will be displayed in the coming days, likely toward end of week.

Yeah I have had that problem for a few hours (where I can't login), I original was thinking maybe I was suspended or similar.

Might be an issue with DB?

I'm not being able to login too, and the ads are not being displayed on my site.

Looks like a database problem or something like that, if your accounts were blocked I bet they'd have sent an e-mail before.

Hi Everyone,

I am very new to Widgetbucks. No Idea how it works. What is CPM? Today I checked "MY WIDGET". Do they consider Click rate persentage as it shows 700% clicks but i earned only 30$.
What i need to do in order to get more impressions?

I really do not have any idea how it works. Just scraching my head...
Pls someone help.

i also encountered that widgets not showing up and even affected loading of blog page. good to hear everything's OK now.

i too hope that 45 day payment term will be shortened

and do widgetbucks considering additional payout payment options aside from check and paypal? adsense include western union, i think that is great because it's fast and totally free :D

Western Union IS NOT TOTALLY free, it has the most HIGH commissions :)
Anyway I have a question, probably asked before.
If I had a widget that earned me for example 20 $ and I've deleted It, i saw the $ disappeared from my account. Are they lost ? or they are counted at the end of the month ? how can we see them ? or WHEN can we see them...

My account suspension is definately an error because more than 38 $ had already been finalised for the previous month and in the present month there were hardly more than 1.29$ among these amounts none of the clicks were made by me nor i have altered the widgetbucks code.None of the terms and conditions were violeted by me.I would like to also inform widgetbucks that there were hardly any clicks in the past 9-10 days.Then how can my account get suspended?If widgetbucks wishes I shall delete all widgets from my site and continue to earn from my referrals.But I would like to repeat once more that the suspension of my account is definately an error as there were hardly any clicks in past few days and the previous month's earnings were finalised I even did not get warnings from widgetbucks.Reinstall my account as soon as possible.reply me as soon as possible my WB account is ankil19@hotmail.com . I was also planning to delete widgets from my site but I did not know that what happens to the amount after the widgets get deleted.As the reason of low traffic site I had taken the permission from WB that I can place ads on low traffic site
There is also the possibility of someone else clicking violently on my ads but in these case I am ready to delete the widgets and continue to earn from referrals.I agree that I had clicked twice When I had placed widgets on my site on october 10 as it was new for me & to test whether widgets are working But after that I have never clicked it for myself.I am writing here as the customer care centre takes time to reply to our queries.You can contact me on above given E mail.

@ankil: WidgetBucks' compliance review process is ongoing and entirely separate from the reporting process (including audited and pending figures). This means that while figures may show as final in MyWidgets, accounts which violate terms can still be suspended as they are flagged. Specifically, our records show you have been contacted several times, as recently as Monday this week. To discuss specifics on your account, please reply to that email -- a public forum such as this is not the place to discuss your specific issues. - Dean

your excuses "we are trying to bring US traffic for US merchants" are stupid...
you know... think about it - if your merchants ship worldwide, what is your problem to make your widgets for the worldwide audithory?
I have a blog on football theme.... Isn't this the best place for advertising sport clothes or shoes??
if your vendors and partners are shipping worldwide, why the people who are not from the US , can't buy something too?? I saw an ad of shoes too , and I think that many people will be interested , cuz here the shoes are with 20-30$ more expensive, than these from the online stores (including the shipping)....
I'll wait for your answer....

I know that public forum is not to discuss private issues but i am made to write here as the customer care centre is a bit slow.It take 4 days to answe single question.The other thing I would like to tell you that I have never been contacted by widgetbucks.Ya we had a lot of dilogue through the email but nothing was about my account suspension.I am sure that I sis not receive any warning regarding this from Widgetbucks.Itz also possible that there is a fault in WB system.

Dear Sir,
I have posted it many times since I'm using widgetbuck fm Nov 1st but no one has replied yet.
On loading ads it shows javascript errors on some page like

Im running a forum site... all the pages are working fine but on these page (and all the page like these) its showing javascript errors.
Plz fix it soon sir, Also tell me how and where to place a ticket.

ohoh they are banning randomly now. I was suspended for click fraud. I never never launched botscripts, neither I know what a botscript is.
They are definitely are online scammers... but, Mr. WithGetBollocks what if call my lawyers if I want my thousand dollars?
